The glitches everyone mentioned all hit at once whenever I try to play in-screen...but I had absolutely no problems in pop-out mode. The item cost is fairly balanced as long as you do something I mention later in this review. I did take issue at the "mouse-directional-clicking-to-attack " aspect which at close range can become horribly flawed (aka "I'm right up on this guy due to seemingly no collision detection, which direction should I furiously click in?"). But at low quality, I found ti moderately enjoyable as long as you don't mind a bit of grinding. And now I give the tips:
Grind on the semi-boss in Stage Two until about level 20. It's easy, it's fast, it gives lots of experience. Granted, I got a completely "WTF?" drop of "Superior Iron Axe" (100 damage) before the first boss in the game on Normal...so my definition of "fast and easy" may change if you're stuck with the dinky standard weapons. For magic skills, focus first on Nova and reduced casting times for a damage-dealer mage. Regen is also VERY important. The magic orb and frost armor are least important. Use a shield, it makes a world of difference going up against bosses like the huge ghost or king/dragon if you're rocking over 40% block. Switch to a 50 damage mace for the final fight - don't argue, just do. You will HATE the resurrecting witch doctors that run away...make sure you eliminate them ALL in any level with them before bothering with the actual enemies. Hold onto some healing items for the huge ghost and final boss. Make sure you max out your dragon before the final boss.

Great game, 5/5 10/10 and all that jazz. Helpful hint for players in later stages:
To reduce the amount of items you burn later in the game, around the point of the spy robot grunts, especially waters of life on the mage, equip Blood Blade, have 2x Counter, and after she is dead just keep him in Defend every turn. The enemies will invariably at some point use physical attacks, triggering a counter that will more than heal the damage they have done. And thus you can let them literally throw themselves against a wall until they die.

Cute political brawler, but overall too simplistic controls, repetitive uninspired attacks, poor animation, and overall I felt it relied too much on people disliking Obama. Speaking of that, at least create a somewhat more plausible/sane doomsday scenario if you're going to make this type of game.

Yes, it's a blatant ripoff of powerthirst and I DON'T CARE because this is an EPIC WIN of a parody. Helps that I got every reference because Pokemon was my thing back in middle school...when Pokemon first hit the US.

Some elements of this song immediately make me think of Tsugaru, a song used in Dance Dance Revolution games. Maybe you should get in on that market and see if you can't get commissioned to make some songs for a DDR game.

Best song in Cosmico...and personally, I think it should have been the third song in it. Fastest pace, plus ends with the relaxing piano music that would coincide with the robot's shutdown perfectly.
